My recommendation for this time is Eurostar to Paris at £59 return
With problems at Terminal 5 in the news recently, I have been thinking about alternative means of getting to your destination, and this month have concentrated on rail travel. Are you fed up with the 3 hour check-ins; endless queues; and delays at the airport?
With journey times between London and Paris now cut to under 2hrs, going on Eurostar is an attractive alternative for getting to Europe. With fare starting at £59 return (you need to get in quick though!!) a check in time of only a half hour( minimum) you can be in Paris before those people at the airport have even taken off. Plus you arrive slap bang in the middle of Paris .......
